Account Deletion

1. Delete via Mobile App:

To delete your account via the Classadia mobile app, follow these steps:

Open the Classadia app.

Navigate to “My Profile.”

Select “Delete Account.”

Confirm your decision.

All account data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of confirming the deletion.

2. Delete via Email (if no access to mobile app):

If you don’t have access to the Classadia mobile app, you can request the deletion of your account via email:

Send an email from your registered email address to privacy(at)classadia.com.

Include your username and a request to delete your account.

You will receive a confirmation email once your request is processed.

All account data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of receiving the confirmation email.
